Our development portfolio spans solar PV and battery energy storage
systems (BESS), with projects at different stages of maturity.

development expertise, supported by centralised commercial, financing
and operational capabilities.
From opportunity to investment
Renewable energy development is a multi-stage process. We continuously
assess opportunities and only advance projects when the fundamentals
support further investment of time and capital. Our approach combines
local market insight with rigorous commercial, technical and financial
assessment.
Development phases
Phase 1 – Screening
We identify and assess potential sites, markets and project opportunities, considering land, grid access, resource conditions, planning requirements and market potential.
Phase 2 – Pre-development
We secure the key foundations for a project, including land agreements, grid applications and initial technical, environmental and planning work.
Phase 3 – Development
Projects are progressively de-risked through permitting, technical development, stakeholder engagement, grid and offtake work and financial modelling.
Phase 4 – Execution & Construction
Once a project is sufficiently mature, it can progress towards investment decision, construction and ultimately operation as part of our renewable energy portfolio.
More than securing land and grid
Developing renewable energy projects has become increasingly
sophisticated. Securing suitable land and grid access remains
fundamental, but a viable project also requires a clear route to
market, robust technical solutions, the right permits and a
financing structure that can support long-term ownership.
Our development teams work across these disciplines from the early
stages of a project. We combine project origination and development
with permitting, stakeholder management, engineering, commercial

We work with financial partners who share our long-term approach to renewable energy infrastructure. Our established development platform can provide access to a pipeline of projects at different stages of maturity and with different investment characteristics.
